Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
note:
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer. Our warehouses are located in Asia, so please be aware that return costs may be high.
We recommend using a shipping service with a Track & Trace tracking code, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Please do not send the product to the return address, we will provide you with the correct return address after contacting us.
Return shipping fees
If the return is due to a customer's own reason (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost is determined by the shipping company selected.
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product), we bear the shipping costs and the customer is not required to pay any costs in this case.

Step 2: Send the package
After receiving the return instructions, send the product to the address we will provide you.
🔒 Make sure to use a shipping method that includes a Track & Trace code, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may occasionally want to cancel your order. However, please note that:

Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase is completed.
If you are not satisfied, please refer to the return policy above.
Important notes

The returned product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging, and without any signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse any return request if the product is found to be used or damaged in a manner beyond our responsibility.

All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.
